No. The early production 2007 models do not have the rear window option because supply of parts were not available until later in the production year.

I love mine. With all the windows open it is almost like a convertible!

I have an early 07 (no backlight, never heard that phrase before) but I have a solid rear window that does not go down. Had the "backlight" on my 02, but really don't miss it at all.

Power Rear window
Early production '07's did not have the power rear window due to a supplier delay. Somewhere about Nov-Dec 2007 the power window appeared as standard equipment.

GSUhooligan- 12-30-2009

Does anyone know of a kit to install the power window if you have an '07 that did not come with one?

GSU4x4- 12-30-2009

you could always check with the dealership...btw, why does you name have GSU in it?
edit: just saw the other post...GO EAGLES!

The conversion could be done probably. Just need a donor vehicle from a salvage yard.

If God had meant for people to roll their windows down, He wouldn't have invented air conditioning and EZ Pass.

I always have my windows down, even when its 30 degrees outside. I can't stand air conditioning, its not the same as fresh air.

Calvinman- 01-04-2010

The first owner of our early 07 had the dealership put the power back light in for him, it cost him $5,000. I am glad he did, just like GSUhooligan said, nothin' like fresh air.

I use mine TOO much. It never fails, when I forget to close it, we get a huge rainstorm. The last time I had to dry out my subwoofer, my amp & my dvd player.
I remember to close it now!

$5k???...forget that, I'd go out and buy another motorcycle and really enjoy the fresh air!

I hear you GSU, glad it was his $ not mine, I would by a nice used quad and be out with my buddy this weekend. Middle of January, and still quading!! Lucky dog!

Love mine as well, if you have the moonroof and the rear window on vent, as long as your moving your head stays cool and it makes all the difference. I run a jet black ST, and even when its 30 degrees dont need the AC with both vented.
