The Explorer is not starting. Even it is in the starting position. It doesn't having crank when you start it. The "THEFT" Indicator is blinking and it doesn't stop. How I can resolve it?

Anti Theft
The anti theft light on my '01 always blinked. But when my battery died and my ST had been left with out power for a couple of days it wouldn't start. It had a button under the dash near the steering wheel that I'd have to push right before I turned over the ignition. It was a pain, but I got used to it, and actually started to like it...it was anti theft in the truest sense. It couldn't be stolen if it wouldn't start, and a thief couldn't start it unless he knew about the little button.

Do you have another key and if so did it work to start it? If not then the Ainti-Theft system isn't working correctly. Either the keys got erased or somthing in the CPU got screwed up. Try disconnecting the battery for 1/2 hour and see if it'll start. If not, may be a dealer fix.
